Finlay uploaded the 1.3 verstions of Voidomation!

I had fixed and added some of the features almost a month ago, but kept delaying the upload because of procrastination.

Notable changes in this version:

• transport blocks work: 2 and 3-way splitters (gave be the biggest headaches) and junctions.
• a "recipe book" - is more like a sloppy cheat sheet, but it will give a general idea of how to get the other more complex resources.
• ... I think that's it.
